1. The Right Touch (1958). Gil Elvgren. For Brown and Bigelow. 

    Elvgren raised up the style of poster painting to the level of art. He painted canvases that were stylish at the time and so remain. Models on his pictures were noticeably different. They were placed in giddy poses with ruddy cheeks, eyes beaming with happiness, wide smiles – absolute personification of femininity and plain pure beauty.
